We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is broken during shipment. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of any wine you would like to return for this reason. We cannot accept returns for the following reasons: wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer’s storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines were in the customer’s care. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Once we determine the wine is returnable and we receive it back, we will replace it, if available, or refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
